Returns
Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled for up to 24 hours after placing the order. If you need to change or cancel your order, we advise that you contact us within 8 hours or sooner for a better outcome. Once customization has been done, it can no longer be canceled.
Refund
We love our customers and want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like. We understand the difficulties of shopping online and will ensure to provide top-notch service so you will always be happy shopping with us!
However, while the aforementioned holds true, our custom-made products (customized on your request when you ordered) are not eligible for a refund. We only offer returns for a replacement/ exchange of your custom order within a 30-day period.
To start a replacement request for your order(s), kindly contact us at support@dazzlewears.com and provide your order number and the reason for the replacement or exchange. Our team will get in touch with you in 24 hours.
Note: Replacement or exchange only applies to:
Damaged/wrong orders, such as:
- Markings/spots on your photo that weren't on your uploaded photo
- Damaged or defective necklace, bracelet, or keychain
- Incorrect picture used to customize your order
Damaged/wrong orders do not cover:
- Blurry images caused by a low-resolution photo uploaded
- Orders with no visible markings/spots
- Damaged orders after excessive wear
If your package upon delivery is damaged or wrongly customized, you must send in a picture/video within 24 hours of receiving your package before we offer a replacement.
